Delivery
NZ Orders: If your order is confirmed and paid for before 11am Monday to Friday, we will aim to ship the same day or else the following day. Orders received after 11am will be shipped within the next two business day providing the item is in stock – we will notify you if there is going to be a delay . Orders received on the weekend will be shipped within two business days. All orders to a non-rural address can expect delivery in one to two days after receiving shipping confirmation, this is not guaranteed however, and we do encourage you to contact us if your order is required in a short timeframe.
Overseas orders: We currently only send ikonic edge leather pouches overseas. (Any other products you may be interested in please email us first). The ikonic edge leather pouches are tax free. International (Air-Mail) is used. All parcels are securely packed and sent by New Zealand International Air Post via NZ Post. We recommend using a postal mail delivery address. Delivery targets are 7 – 14 working days after handling time. Australia: 4-7 working days. We normally ship our products within three business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. Sometimes there can be a hold-up at the receivers end depending on the their delivery networks current circumstances and therefore can add further delay.

New Zealand Orders – Payment Options
Visa or Master Card — Use the shopping cart to purchase products by Visa or Master Card.
• Popular option, It’s fast, and secure.
Bank Deposit / Transfer — Use the shopping cart. When ordering via this method simply make the deposit for the value of the items you have ordered into the supplied ikonic edge bank account and we will ship upon deposit confirmation.
• Good option if you do not have a credit card, as you can transfer the funds online from your bank account into the retailers bank account, or you can do it from any bank branch if you do not use online banking.
Cheque/Money Order — Use the shopping cart. When ordering via this method simply send us a cheque or money order and once cleared we will ship goods.
• If neither of the above options suit you then sending a cheque is the next best thing, though this can take a long time, as you will have to post it to them then wait for it to clear before the retailer will send you the goods.
International Orders – Payment Options
We currently only send leather iphone pouches and selected jewellery items Internationally. Please contact us regarding freight charges for jewellery orders. International iPhone pouch and jewellery orders are in US dollars.

Visa/Master Card purchases are in US Dollars only for purchases of ikonicedge leather products that are for delivery outside of New Zealand.

International Ikonic Edge leather product orders are in US dollars and are Tax/GST Free.

We provide safe and secure credit card processing. There are no transaction fees for the consumer. It’s quick, easy and secure. Use your Visa or Master Card. We do not accept American Express. Direct payment method can be used, see above for details. All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST (except international leather iphone pouch orders which are in US dollars) . If your credit card is declined by your financial institution we will not be able to guarantee delivery on the date or in the delivery window you selected and may contact you to make alternative delivery and payment arrangements.
